Country Style BBQ joins us in serving you a complimentary road-trip inspired meal out on the yard before the concert. You can sit outside at picnic tables or in the dining hall. The concert will be in our barn-turned theatre after the meal. The concert will run approximately 90 minutes, including a short intermission “pitstop” so to speak.
We will be sharing “Vickie and Company” with you one last time. Vickie wants to take you through her “scrapbook” of memorable moments, places, and people! She has travelled the highways and country roads of Saskatchewan taking photographs over the past 25 years and has found incredibly interesting people, places, and stories.
Vickie lovingly calls this interation of the band playing for the concert, “Front Porch on a Sunday Night.” It’s a reminder of all that is good about making music with friends and family. The name is taken from the lyrics of one of her favourite songs.
Each song performed during the concert coincides with one of her road-trip destinations. The songs are some of her favourites, from folk to country, old-tyme music, and even a little bit of gospel.
