Have You Ever Imagined Yourself On Our Stage?

We’d love to see you come out to audition!

The Barn Playhouse is a community theatre.  All of the actors you see on stage have other occupations and livelihoods.  Their recreation is volunteering to act in theatrical productions in the evenings and on weekends.

The Barn is a safe place to make great friendships and stretch your performing abilities.

Come on out and let the theatre bug bite you!

COVID-19 Work-safe Policy: All actors, crew, staff, and patrons are required to be fully vaccinated. This policy will give the Barn Playhouse the best chance to remain open. Protocols such as masking are also in place and will evolve to reflect best recommended practices at the time of the production.

  • The Barn Playhouse typically runs a Summer Show in June (for 10 days) and a Christmas Dinner Theatre in December (for 15 days).
  • Rehearsals generally run weekday evenings and during the day on weekends, starting approximately six weeks prior to opening night of the show.
  • Not all actors are required at all rehearsals.
  • Once a cast has been chosen, a rehearsal schedule is designed and adhered to barring any illness or work-related circumstances.
